“I loved the Army Navy Economy Store the three years I lived in Clarkston. I don't get the review from Gary. First of all, how experienced did he think a 16 year old would be in Customer Service. Is he saying he was forced to buy the boots? Most stores have a credit for returns. I thought the boots he bought were for work. Weak complaint for buying boots you didn't really want or need. I always found excellent work boots there; at very competitive prices. With or without steel toes and in slip resistant in both of those models. His review was not fair. This is an excellent store.” -

Horrible service
“I just bought some boots from the store and the flyer in the box said I could return them as long as I didnt wear them outside. Return meaning store credit not money. I tried to explain to the 16 year old casier that I needed a refund when she yelled over her should We have a Situation over here Usually you have to be rude to get treated like this but they cut to the chase. So now I am out $120 and a pair of boots. Not only am I forced to buy something I dont need but I have to spend the money to get the boots that I need for work. ”
